Productivity Tools - Agent Scripts

Agent Scripts are used to guide an agent during their calls and ensure that all the proper questions are being asked.

  1. To create a new Agent Script, navigate to the appropriate Call Center, and then "Productivity Tools" > "Agent Scripts"
  2. Select  and then select complete the form. You will be prompted to add questions and route the agent script to the next question.

Tip: Contivio recommends consulting with a member of our team to create a structure for your script.
