Disposition by Agent

This chart displays the total number of dispositions selected by each agent. This is helpful to visualize any trends in your agents’ performance. For example, if one of your agents is marking more of his/her calls as “Escalated,” it might be worth digging into their calls or providing the agent with additional training. If you notice an agent is sending more quotes than others, it might be worth examining his or her calls to see what they are doing right.
