The Contivio Admin Portal Homepage is our streamlined easy-to-digest GUI where supervisors can swiftly access all settings in regard to their call center.
Once logged in, you are presented with multiple charts showing monthly calls by queue, along with calls and user statistics, further enhancing your visibility in relation to your call center.
On the right-hand side are shortcuts to access various sections of the portal, such as Staff, Queues, Reports, Dashboard, and Call Routing. You can expand sections further on the left side of your page.
