Voicemail Drop (Article)
Save time and increase efficiency with voicemail drop.
This invaluable tool eradicates the repetitive nature of leaving voicemail messages, guaranteeing that each message retains its vitality and freshness, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.
To use Voicemail Drop:
1. Upload recorded audio file
a. Select 'Play Audio' icon from tool bar or softphone.
b. Select 'Upload Audio'
c. Upload desired MP3 file
2. Insert Voicemail Drop
a. Initiate outbound call.
b. When voicemail box is reached, navigate to
'Play Audio' in tool bar or softphone.
c. After you hear the 'beep,' press the play Voicemail Drop icon.
d. Recorded message will be left as voicemail and call will be automatically disconnected from agent.
3. Agent can immediately begin dialing next call.
