To use Voicemail Drop:
1. Upload recorded audio file
a. Select 'Play Audio' icon from tool bar or softphone.

b. Select 'Upload Audio'

c. Upload desired MP3 file
2. Insert Voicemail Drop.gif?width=574&height=408&name=undefined-high%20(10).gif)
a. Initiate outbound call.
b. When voicemail box is reached, navigate to
'Play Audio' in tool bar or softphone.
c. Select the 'VM drop' icon.
d. Recorded message will be left as voicemail and call will be automatically disconnected from agent.
3. Agent can immediately begin dialing next call.
