HubSpot Integrations

This guide walks you through installing and configuring Contivio Click to Dial in HubSpot. It covers app installation, HubSpot ID setup, adding the Contivio Card, selecting Contivio as the calling provider, and enabling call tracking features.

 

1. Install the Contivio App

  1. Log in to the customer’s HubSpot account.

  2. Install the Contivio App using the following link:
    Contivio HubSpot Authorization

  3. Allow access to the app and note the generated RefreshToken. This will be used later in the Contivio Portal. Do not include quotation marks (“”).

Link To Call Configuration

  1. After installing, add the Contivio Card to the customer’s Views.

  2. There should be a Notification providing a shortcut to do this. If not, follow these steps:

    • Navigate to User Preferences (Settings) > Integrations > Connected Apps

    • Find Contivio.com, click the “Actions” dropdown, then select “Go to Settings”

    • Under Add to [ObjectType], repeat this step for all three object types

    • Select Default View

    • Click “Add Cards” (middle section) and check “Contivio Card”

    • Click “Save” in the top-right corner

    • [Optional] Locate the Contivio Card at the bottom of the layout and drag it to the top for easier access.

Click to Dial Configuration

Enable Receive Inbound Calls (Required until April 2025)

  • Navigate to User Preferences (Settings) > Product Updates

 
    • Click “All product updates” on the left

    • Search for “Receive Inbound”

    • Click “Join Beta”


  1. 1. Select Contivio as the Calling Provider

    • Click the Phone Icon in the top navigation bar

    • Select “Contivio.com” as the Calling Provider
      (Note: There may be a slight delay before it becomes available)


    2. Track Call & Meeting Type

    • Navigate to User Preferences (Settings) > Tools (Calling) > Call Setup > Call Configuration tab

    • Enable “Track call and meeting type”

     
    • Click “Edit options” and add “Contivio Call”


    3. Track Call Outcomes

    • In the same tab, enable “Track call outcomes”


     
    • Click “Edit Options” and add “Contivio”

    • Note: This is required for the CRM Updater to create a call record from Click to Dial.
