# Enabling SMS Auto Accept in Contivio
SMS Auto Accept is a convenient feature that ensures you never miss an important message while managing your communications. By enabling this option, incoming SMS messages will briefly "ring" before automatically appearing in your thread, allowing you to stay on top of your messages even when you're busy.
#### Steps to Enable SMS Auto Accept:
1. **Access the User Bar:**
- Click on the **User Bar** located at the top of the application.
2. **Open Settings:**
- Click on the **Settings** icon to access your user settings.
3. **Navigate to Call Handling:**
- In the settings menu, select **Call Handling** to view related options.
4. **Enable Auto Accept:**
- Scroll to the very bottom of the Call Handling settings. Here, you will find the **Auto Accept** setting.
- Click on the toggle next to **Auto Accept** to enable this feature for **Personal SMS/MMS Messages**.
By following these steps, you will successfully enable SMS Auto Accept, ensuring you stay connected and responsive to incoming messages without interruptions. This feature is particularly useful for busy agents who need to manage multiple communications efficiently.
