Composite Reports

Composite reports are used to schedule and send automated reports via e-mail. Using Composite reports, administrators may add one or many e-mail recipients, and send either one report or several reports combined into one.

  1. To create a "Composite" Report navigate to "Call Center" > "Analytics & Reports" > "Contact Center Reports". 
  2. Click and complete the necessary fields: 
    1. Report Name - Use a descriptive name indicating the data and timeframe so you can always refer back to it for future reference.  
    2. Report Type - Select "Composite".
    3. Emails - Add the appropriate staff to receive this report. For multiple entries add a comma between email addresses. 
    4. Report Duration - Select the type of report you wish to include in this export (e.g., Yesterday, Last Week, Last Month). 
    5. Send Day/Time - Define when this email should be sent (e.g., Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday).
    6. Filter - select which reports you'd like to include in this export
  3. Hit "Done" and your report will display under "Contact Center Reports".

Tip: Keep in mind that each "Report Duration" within your various reports must match the "Report Duration" of the Composite report, otherwise it will not appear.
