# Composite Reports

Composite reports are used to schedule and send automated reports via e-mail. Using Composite reports, administrators may add one or many e-mail recipients, and send either one report or several reports combined into one.

1. To create a "**Composite**" Report navigate to "**Call Center**" \> "**Analytics & Reports**" \> "**Contact Center Reports**".

     1. **Report Name** - Use a descriptive name indicating the data and timeframe so you can always refer back to it for future reference.  
     2. **Report Type** - Select "**Composite**".
     3. **Emails** - Add the appropriate staff to receive this report. For multiple entries add a comma between email addresses. 
     4. **Report Duration** - Select the type of report you wish to include in this export (e.g., Yesterday, Last Week, Last Month). 
     5. **Send Day/Time** - Define when this email should be sent (e.g., Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday).
     6. **Filter** - select which reports you'd like to include in this export

**Tip**: Keep in mind that each "**Report Duration**" within your various reports must match the "**Report Duration**" of the Composite report, otherwise it will not appear.
