      Connectivity & Battery Performance

      There are two modes for battery usage and connectivity when using the Contivio mobile app, 'Continual Availability' and 'Connect on Demand.'

      To Change Connectivity & Battery Settings: 

      1. Access App Settings

      a. Navigate to 'Settings' in main menu

      b. Select 'Security & App Settings'

      2. Toggle Between 'Continual Availability' and 'Connect on Demand'

      a. Set 'Continual Availability' to 'on' for fastest call reception 
      b. Set 'Continual Availability' to 'off' for optimal battery efficiency
