Contivio offers a quick way to engage in SMS conversations by accessing your recent activity. Follow these steps to continue an SMS thread from the Recents tab.
Sending SMS via the Recents Tab:

Navigate to the Recents Tab:
- From the home screen, click on the Recents tab to view your recent interactions, including calls, chats, and SMS messages.

Select the Activity:
- Hover over or click on the recent activity of the contact you wish to message.
- This will activate the one-click options on the right side of the screen.

Click the SMS Icon:
- Click the SMS icon next to the activity. This will open the conversation thread with the selected contact, allowing you to continue the conversation seamlessly.

Compose and Send Your Message:
- Type your message in the text box and click Send to continue the conversation.

Viewing Older Messages:
- Click the arrow at the top of the message thread to load older messages.
- Keep scrolling up to view the entire SMS history with this customer, starting from the oldest message.
This feature helps you maintain context and continue customer conversations from where they left off, ensuring smooth communication.
