Instant message your teammates to request assistance, send announcements, or provide guidance
Send an Instant Message
Send an internal instant message to one or more Contivio contact center users
- Click the ‘Messages’ icon from Side Bar.
- Click the ‘Instant Message’ icon from the Messages ribbon.
- Select one or more recipients from the ‘Send Message’ drop-down list.
- Type your message in the form and click the ‘Send’ icon.
To reply to an internal instant message follow the exact same steps listed above.
Note: When replying to an instant message, the reply will go to whomever you last messaged (i.e., the system defaults to the last person you instant messaged).
