Contivio allows you to efficiently manage multiple SMS conversations at once. Here’s how you can view, toggle, and manage multiple open SMS threads within the app.
Steps to Manage Multiple SMS Threads:

Access Open SMS Threads:
- Click on the SMS icon to display all your current open SMS text threads. This icon provides a centralized view of all ongoing conversations.

Select a Thread:
- Choose the thread you want to continue by clicking on it. The conversation will open, allowing you to view the message history and send a new SMS or MMS.

Send and Close Threads:
- After sending a message in a thread, you can click the “X” button to exit and close the current thread. Closing the thread will automatically pull the next open conversation into view.
- Alternatively, you can keep multiple threads open by clicking the SMS icon to toggle between conversations.

Toggling Between Threads:
- To switch between threads, simply click the SMS icon again, and select the conversation you want to manage. Use the “X” to close out any thread when needed.

Continuing Conversations:
- Once a new thread is opened, you can easily send your message and keep the conversation flowing.
