In our ongoing effort to increase efficiency and drive positive customer experiences for our clients, Contivio has added an exciting new product feature: Agent Call Scheduling! This end-user capability, just released from beta, allows agents to schedule and trigger a call for a given date and time - all while staying in sync with your CRM.
For instance, if you call a customer and they mention they can’t talk at the moment, you can easily schedule an automatic call-back during a time that works better for them. As soon as the time arrives, Contivio’s app will automatically call the customer’s number and screen pop the call information for you, so you’re up to date on the latest conversation. Now instead of just creating a to-do task in your CRM (such as NetSuite or Salesforce) this feature actually drives the action, saving time and manual effort.
If you happen to be on the phone during the scheduled call, Contivio will snooze the call until you're off. If you’re unavailable to make the call at the scheduled time, Contivio will give you the opportunity to reschedule the call or delete the task before the phone begins dialing. You will also have a full view in Contivio's app of all your scheduled calls with the ability to edit them on the fly or delete them if they're no longer necessary.Agent Call Scheduling benefits all teams (including sales, account management and support) by:
